For generations, Zydeco and Mexican music have thrived side by side in Richmond, California; home to Creoles from Louisiana and Chicanos with deep roots in California and Mexico. Now, in “Shades of Brown”, Andre Thierry and Los Cenzontles unite their ancestral voices in celebration. Joined by the music legend David Hidalgo, they create a joyful groove, born from a shared love of accordions, soulful singing and dancing to the oldies. ENJOY THE RIDE

Pete Sears played Hammond B3 organ on “Mathilda”, and organ and electric piano on “Esta Tarde” & “Who is The Boy For Me”.
