I co-produced, arranged the music and played bass and keys on this album that was released on Capital Records. David Briggs was Co-Producer, engineer and Executive producer along with his manager Art Linson. We had many wonderful players on that album including Sly Stone, The Pointer Sisters, Neil Schon, Nils Lofgrin, Aynsley Dunbar, John Cipollina, Mick Gillett, Jim McPherson, Boots Houston, and Bobby Hall.

It was around this time that I first hung out with Jorma Kaukonen who was recording “Quah…we went out for a drink after one of his sessions. I would later play with “Hot Tuna” and the “Jorma Kaukonen Trio” all through the 1990’s.

David Freiberg also introduced me to Grace Slick and Paul Kantner while I was working with Kathi…they talked about getting a band together called “Jefferson Starship” and asked if I’d like to join them. I had to go back to England to do some work there…but did join a couple of years later.
