A wonderful album by my old Dawn Patrol band-mate Davey. I played a bit of piano and accordion on these sessions. Davey sang on my “Pete Sears The Long Haul” album.
He is from Glasgow, Scotland, and was asked to join “Humble Pie” but turned it down. He was in Ronnie Montrose’s “Gamma” and has sung with guitarist “Robin Trower” for many years. Robin was guitarist on the classic Procol Harum recordings of the 1960’s, but has led his own band for many years. — with Davey Pattison.
